Default Keep track of hero skill usage.

How about a way to keep track of how many times heroes use certain skills on their skill bars? Keep track of the sequence they cast them in, how quickly, how often. Have a little text thingy pop up in the "chat window" saying "Norgu used Leech Signet, interrupted Hydra's Meteor!" or something, toggleable of course.

Precisely. This would allow us to monitor their behavior without having to do painstaking tests and observations. I don't envy the people who have to sift through all the skills and find what works and what doesn't on heroes, so they can post that information here. Make it easier for them.
